Specification for Grades of watermelons
Description
This standard is applicable to watermelons of varieties (cultivars) grown from Citrullus
lanatus (Thunberg) Matsumara et Nakai [syn. C. vulgaris] to be supplied fresh to the
consumer.
Watermelon intended for industrial processing is excluded from the requirements of this
national standard.
