This standard applies to the following products as defined in Section 2:-
a) chocolate confectionery;
b) cocoa butter for use in foods, pharmaceuticals or cosmetics; and
c) cocoa powder, Creole cocoa for use in beverages or for flavouring;
This standard does not apply to:
a) foods other than chocolate confectionery where chocolate or cocoa powder is merely
a flavour, or
b) pharmaceuticals or cosmetics including cocoa butter as an ingredient.
